The task is to gain knowledge about the benefits of exercise; mentally, socially and physically, and make a small research in the school about people’s exercise habits.

Introduction:
Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits, and have fun.<br /> <br /> You can do many kinds of exercise or physical activity – alone, two or many people together, as a competition, a game, or just for plain fun.<br /> <br /> You can exercise to; gain physical health benefits, metal benefits like to fight a depression, integrate socially, get an emotional high, etc.<br /> <br /> Study has shown that during endurance exercise chemicals are released that can change an athlete’s mood, and those chemicals are called endorphins(the brain’s naturally occurring morphine),explaining what runner call a runner’s high.<br /> <br /> By studying the release of endorphins in different people it can tell us why some people enjoy making exercise while others dislike it and don’t feel pleasure the same way.<br /> <br /> As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.
