The task is to get an understanding of the basics of a healthy diet and how related it is for a healthy body and soul.

Introduction:
Nutrition and health is very connected. You are what you eat. You need a basic understanding of what is good for your body to make a healthy diet. You will learn about the macronutrients which are the nutrients you need more of, the micronutrients that you need in smaller amounts but are still essential, and water.<br /> <br /> It is very much about the amounts of the different nutrients, which indicate if you have a healthy and balanced diet. The knowledge you get from reading might be new for you, and will properly challenge your eating habits.
