<ol> <li>Each participant makes a list of which Development Instructor skills he/she would like to train in the first year (1 hour)</li> <li>Each participant presents their list to at least 2 teammates who give comments. (1 hour)</li> <li>In groups, make a plan on how to use the daily work at your small school or your study days to train your Development Instructor Skills. Discuss methods on how to reach the planned results.(4 hours)</li> <li>The plans are improved and finalized and are sent to the tutor along with a short summary of how you will reach the planned results. (2 hours)</li> </ol>
