The task is to plan for and to carry out a video conference exam where you present the project report you have produced with your fellow student.

Introduction:
At the exam you are going to present the project report you have made and sent to OWU earlier in task “Producing a report”.<br /> <br /> This is what OWU writes about the exam report:<br /> <br /> <em>a) The student carries out a project with a group of Poor in their TRIO (if not possible an alternative format is agreed with ISET/OWU). They together produce and send a 5-10 page document about their investigations and actions.</em><br /> <br /> This is what OWU has writen about the rules for the group video conference exam:<br /> <br /> <em>d) 40 minute group video conference exam where the TRIO working together presents the document they have written (a) and discuss it with the examiner.</em><br /> <br /> The video conference exam will be formed as a discussion where both you and your fellow students contribute. You are expected to start with a short presentation of your report and project. This opening presentation you should prepare in your TRIO. You should divide the presentation into three equal parts so all of you get to start saying something. Your presentation should be 3-5 minutes for each of you or 6-12 minutes combined.<br /> During your presentation the examiners may or may not interrupt you. Thereafter the examiners will ask questions both to your initial presentation and to the report which you have sent to OWU some time before.<br /> All of you can answer questions but the examiner might ask directly to one of you who should then reply.<br /> <br /> After the joint video conference exam follows the individual video conference exam in a theoretical question – see next task. You will get marks that grades your exam performance for both the group and the individual part with one mark only. Thus you and your fellow students might end up getting different marks.<br /> <br /> If you did the project alone the video conference exam will last only 20 minutes.<br /> If you did the project with two fellow students the video conference exam will be extended and will last 60 minutes.<br />
Directive:
This task is scheduled for 5 hours.<br /> <ol> <li>Review your project report so that you are very sure about all the content of the report you have sent to OWU.</li> <li>Prepare together with your fellow student an opening presentation of your project and report so that each of you speaks for 3-5 minutes whereby you in 6-10 minutes summarize the whole thing.</li> <li>Arrange for the practical circumstances of the video conference exam together with the local OWU partner school.</li> <li>Sit for the video conference exam.</li> </ol> <br /> Files:<br /> None.
