Introduction:
<p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The task is to identify the essence of the profession as a fighter shoulder to shoulder with the Poor from reading “Fighting with the Poor”, the pages 49-59. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This is a profession in creation and will be created in the meeting between you as a graduate student and the Poor in the communities where you will live and work.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Through the training, you gain both practical and theoretical knowledge and skills that qualifies you as a fighter shoulder to shoulder with the Poor. </span></p> In this task you will dig into the aim, the content, the methods and organization of the profession itself.
Directive:
This task is scheduled for 3 hours.<br /> <ol> <li>Read the text; Fighting with the Poor”, p. 49-59 by One World University.</li> <li>Prepare a 10 minute political speech about the need and nature of the profession as a Fighter shoulder to shoulder with the Poor and present it to a group of people such as other students, colleagues or neighbors.</li> <li>Hold the speech and get comments and questions from the group.</li> <li>Write a short conclusion on the speech and the questions and comments.</li> </ol> Send the speech and the conclusion from holding it to your tutor for approval<br /> <br /> Files:<br /> Fighting with the Poor, Introduction, p. 49-59, starting with “The aims of the profession”
