Introduction:
Writing in a good language poses several demands to the writer.<br /> You must know what you want to tell. This means you must have a message so you must have organized your thoughts around the message.<br /> <br /> You must write in a clear way this will not be misunderstood. When you speak you to a person you can also rely on body language and you can correct a spoken error when you sense from the other that he cannot understand you or misunderstand what you want to tell. A business letter or an instruction for a manual need to be formal and to the point, whereas a love letter could have a quite different format, but even in a love letter you would not like to write something that can be misunderstood.<br /> When you present an oppinion there is an emotional because you have taken a stand but when writing about you must be able to present arguments, to compare different views and situations in a factual manner as well as your own judgement.<br /> <br /> Finally, the language, the grammar, the spelling and the layout of any text are important parts in conveying your message.
