The task is to give a presentation about your work at the project with pictures, stories, goals and results.

Introduction:
When returning to your school after the Service Period a key element in the program is bringing your experiences to the public and of course also to the participants and staff at your school of training.<br /> So you are going to give many presentations – both about your project and about important global issues.<br /> Use this task to get training in telling about your project. Here are some points you could include in your presentation: <ul> <li>What situation is the project addressing?</li> <li>What are the visions, goals, and structure of the project?</li> <li>Present the people and plans.</li> <li>What were your tasks at the project?</li> <li>Challenges you faced and how you dealt with them.</li> <li>Achievements during the 6 months at the project.</li> <li>What does the project mean to the Poor?</li> <li>Knowledge gained from the project.</li> <li>Conclusion and personal development.</li> </ul> Take your point of departure in the people and their lives and be their voice. Let them speak through you. Tell their stories. And show pictures.
Directive:
This task is scheduled for 6 hours. <ol> <li>Start by making a disposition for your presentation and gathering what documentation you have: pictures, interviews, plans, instructions, posters, project materials, maps, materials about the country where you worked, etc.</li> <li>Put your presentation together.</li> <li>Give your presentation. Get comments afterwards.</li> <li>Send the presentation and the comments to your teacher and write how you will use the comments to improve the presentation.</li> </ol>
