The task is to carry out an investigation that can answer new and deeper questions on the forces that shape the world which you are now able to formulate after the initial studies of these matters.

<ol> <li>Teacher introduction to investigation as a research method including reading of sections from Pedagogical report no. 1</li> <li>The team formulates hypotheses within the topic of the present topic <em>Forces that shape the world.</em></li> <li>Discussing and defining for which hypotheses we want to have answers and forming investigation groups.</li> <li>Each group makes a plan of investigation: What do we search for on the Internet, in books, in films, in articles and TV programs? Who knows about the issues in our general area?</li> <li>Preparation of investigation: How many studies at the school? Make appointments with people to talk with if needed. Where do we go? How do we move around? Budget? How do we take notes, pictures or recording of sound or film? Etc…</li> <li>Carrying out the investigation</li> <li>Concluding and discussing in each investigation group preparing a presentation</li> <li>It’s Show Time: Each group present for the whole team</li> <li>Discussion where we conclude on answers we have gotten and what we have learnt from making the investigation</li> </ol>
