Prerequisite: the tasks <em>Course – The Development Instructor concept </em>and<em> Development Instructor skills </em>have to be done before starting this study task.<br /> <br /> 1. In the plan you have made to solve the task <em>Development Instructor skills</em>, choose one or more skills to put into practice for two days, according to your plan for these skills. (2 hour)<br /> <br /> 2. At your work place (in the small school), practice your skills for at least two days. It doesn’t have to be two consecutive days and you don’t need to finish your whole plan. (12 hours)<br /> <br /> 3. Get feedback from your trio and the people involved in your plan. (2 hour)<br /> <br /> 4. Send documents from your practice and the feedback to your teacher.
