How come poverty can be measured in so many different ways?<br /> What interest do we have in this?<br /> What can we learn and how can we use measurments as a tool to work together for a positive development for all?<br />
Directive:

In groups, select one of the tasks and read about either (a) The Human Development Index, (b) Gross National Happiness or (c) Commitment to Development Index.</p> <p>3. Prepare a short presentation for your team mates. It should include telling: what is it, how is it measured, some of the figures, what is interesting about this way of looking at Development.</p> To conclude write a paragraph or 2 about each one including your own summary of the information presented. Finally write your opinion about which one you think is most interesting when it comes to measuring the effectiveness of Development Aid and why.(4pt)
