Introduction:
In this task you will learn how to make healthy granola for breakfast at your school.
Living a health life is at the center of our program – that includes healthy and nutritious food, exercises to keep our bodies and mind in shape and wellbeing in general from have a life with content, comrades, good surroundings, and many more things that makes up a good life.
We do have a food budget and try to keep it low and at the same time to make sure we get healthy food. We have for example started growing own organic vegetables in most of our schools.
We have also been looking at the menus – like what is actually in the food we eat. Some schools have decided food policies to avoid the worst kind of food – like pasta, white bread and rice, sugar and corn starch and to promote more healthy food with less carbohydrates and more good fats and proteins.

We have developed our own recipe for GRANOLA for breakfast. In some of our schools we also produce out own yogurt from raw milk.

We produce granola once a week and make enough for the coming week.
In the files you can see the recipe….

Try it out and enjoy healthy, tasty breakfast!
