The task is to share your experience from interviewing different kinds of people involved in the Big Issues of our Time such as politicians, university professors and representatives of labor unions.

Introduction:
People in government, embassies, universities or unions are both visible and inaccessible. This situation poses unique challenges when you want to find out whom to talk and then make an appointment with for an interview. So first you must find out how to actually go about meeting with them?<br /> <br /> Next you must consider: What are good topics to interview people in important positions about? You should read up on who they are, what they do and find an entrance to each of them.<br /> It could be a good help to prepare accurate short and to the point questions which address who, why, when, where, what and how. <br /> <br /> It is good to have some background knowledge on the topic you will interview them about so you can make good questions – the better prepared your questions are, the better chance you have to get informative answers.<br /> <br /> The special people you are going to meet are most likely very knowledgeable, so there is much to learn, but only if you are on top of the situation will you get a lot out of the situation. It is their “inside” knowledge you are really interested in. You might like or dislike their attitudes and political ideas, but do not make this a distraction. Be ready to talk to someone who might be very different from you.<br /> <br /> Also consider how to present yourself and how to dress.
