The task is to share your experience about going beyond the ordinary which occurred during your DI program and how you will use it for your service period.
Time:
hours
Introduction:
During your DI program you venture into the unknown numerous times.
Again and again you have to get out of your comfort zone.
This takes courage.
For example: The very act of joining this program, getting out in the street fundraising, speaking to a room full of people, cooking for 100 people the first time, traveling on an investigation trip without knowing where to sleep, or going to a poor country to do development work.
Depending on what you have done before in your life, there are many unknown roads in this program. Some people love these challenges and seek them deliberately, while others fear them and like to live a life with no surprises and where every future step is well-known.
Living a life where everything is well-known does not hold surprises, but it also does not hold the potential for exciting new revelations, discoveries and victories.

My advice is for you to learn to enjoy getting into the unknown – to trust yourself, your team mates and human beings in general. Allow yourself to get beyond the ordinary – it is an amazing feeling, and a necessity when dealing with changes in the world!
Directive:

What experiences do you have in penetration into the unknown and how did you go beyond the ordinary in the course of this program? Tell about it!

Give examples of how you imagine these experiences will be useful when you are in the project period – and how this kind of experiences is a must in creating changes in the world.
