The task is to understand the process of creating your take on the future, training and learning how to dream, envision, create ideas, think out strategies, and make plans for the future.

Have you ever said <em>“I wish I could……” </em>– and then never taken yourself so serious<br /> that you actually continued to the next step of planning <strong>HOW </strong>to make it happen?<br /> It actually takes courage to dare to dream, if you do so with the purpose of making<br /> the dreams a reality.<br /> <br /> <strong>Martin Luther King</strong> is famous for his <em>“I have a Dream”</em> speech. And this dream<br /> mobilized thousands around the world to stand up for civil rights.<br /> <br /> The attached file is also about a dream. A dream to create a world where there is no<br /> more HIV/AIDS, and then it is about how to step by step make this dream a reality<br /> – through the vision – then the idea – then the strategy – then the tactics and finally<br /> the plan.<br /> <br /> In this task you will create your take on the future for the project type where you<br /> will be working. Not for tomorrow or next year – but for the future in 20-30-50-100<br /> years. You will find that Humana People to People projects have a very clear idea<br /> which is reflected in the name. <em>Child Aid, HOPE, TCE, Farmer’s Club, Teachers of<br /> the Future…</em><br /> <br /> In the everyday work at the project, you are confronted with challenges that require<br /> your attention and focus. It is easy to get side tracked and sometimes you forget the<br /> big picture. It is important to constantly recreate the dreams and visions so every<br /> small step can been seen as a step in the right direction.<br /> <br /> This task is meant to help you train the technology you can use for this.<br /> <br /> <strong>Good luck!</strong>
