Plan, prepare and bring it with an Open Sunday for hundreds of people in the area around DNS.
Time:
hours
Introduction:
Open Sunday is a popular event organized by DNS for several surrounding
communities and many others interested in joining together in fun and
educational programs for a day in their own DNS. It is a program already is in
the tradition of DNS and hundreds of people participate in it. It usually
happens once a month.

At DNS, you can arrange and organize a ''Special Open Sunday for Bringing
It to the Public'' for the many presentations of the results, experiences and
products of your travel.

Besides being fun, this moment is also a collective way for you to tell about
your travel. For that, each core group must decide exactly what they will do
and how they will present it.

You should all be aware that this is not a child’s play, nor a mere academic
exercise. It is a serious business that, besides educating all students, teachers
and the community, is also a way to integrate DNS into the communities and
spread its image as an important modern institution, in the country and in the
world.

The travel that you have made was not fictional; it wasn’t a theater or a movie
where the events are video edited. The travel was real, the people,
communities and landscapes that you saw were real. Your feelings during the
travel were also real. What you are telling your friends and colleagues about
the travel is also real. Therefore, it was something real and very serious. So,
when you organize an Open Sunday subordinate to the messages and themes
of your travel, you should also take this challenge as something very serious,
which will be watched by real people.

The process of preparation for this event will also teach you what working
together as a team means. You will actively participate by doing your part in
sync with each other and, by doing that, you will keep the group existing as a
unified group.

Get to work with your colleagues!
Directive:
1. Decide, within the core group, to take this experience together.

2. Arrange with other core groups to carry out a presentation of ''Bringing It
to the Public” on an Open Sunday for hundreds of people – as a DNS
event, where all the core groups will make their presentations.

a) Decide on whom and how to invite.
b) Form a committee within the core group to take responsibility for
the program schedule and ensure that guests receive their
invitations.

3. Within the core group, decide what you will present and how you will
present it.

4. Participate actively in the Open Sunday, in all preparations, in
presentations and in hosting all the guests.
