Introduction:
TV is a modern form of information and communication technology, It brings us
important information and gives the viewer the chance to listen and see many
different situations broadcast by the same media.

Now it is your turn. I mean, now it is time to broadcast your message through the
TV. Imagine the impression that the Mozambican public will have when they see
your beautiful TV programme. Now is the time to think again about what you want
to present. You have already developed a lot of actions within this period and these
have been well received by the public. This all gives you an indication of the success
that you will achieve with this next project.

How about this time you present something a bit different to what you normally see:
talk about an adventure in search of learning in many different African countries,
where you made the poor people the masters of your learning. Talk about your
adventure with another kind of school, talk about the meaning of Another Kind of
School and the objectives of your trip and the impact of this on Mozambican society
and on you as a future teacher, talk about the advantages of really experiencing what
reality is like for people in the rural areas and what the people do to make a living.
This could be interesting!

In your descriptions for this presentation, you can enrich your message based on
some examples that you have experienced and on what you have found to be
significant to you.

Something to bear in mind while you are developing this task is that you will need to
make a preliminary visit to a local TV station in order to obtain more information for
your proposals. Consider your presentation as something that is really important for
enabling the society to think about the value of “learning more when you go to other
places”.

Cooperate with everyone at the OWU to get more ideas and organise your content,
seeing as this presentation will reach everyone.

Also think about the kind of presentation that you want to make: Will you present a
specific subject using explanations? Via PowerPoint? A documentary film? A play?
An interview? Or something else? You are responsible for choosing what you feel is
most valuable.

On this task we hope that you will greatly improve your skills and talents in
publishing something interesting that will hit the hearts of everyone in the world. We
also hope that based on your TV presentation, we will strengthen relationships
between OWU and the TV for various future situations like: publicity, events and
much more. This also helps you to establish yourself as a citizen, maintaining
relationships with TV stations for future broadcast of programmes that you create
under your own initiative.

Good luck!
