Introduction:
The presentation of plans should be compulsory in order to inform all those involved
about a planned activity. This presentation is aimed at building individual or collective
knowledge, regarding activities for development now and in the future, with a view to
their successful completion.

When plans are not presented to students during their development, it will trigger a
series of difficulties and consequently, most results achieved will be fails. It is possible
that, due to the existence of other activities that do not appear in the plans, there may
be interference in those activities that were planned carefully.

Plan preparation is an essential task and should result in a written document that will
serve not only to guide the actions of the one implementing it but will also enable
periodic revision and periodic refinement.

Presentation of plans will make it possible to:

Give the person implementing them opportunities to adapt the syllabus to the
reality of those involved;

Allow thorough prior evaluation because it will address each theme;

Anticipate the level and characteristics of all involved;

Allow for proper distribution of themes planned in the time available;

Adapt activities to be developed with the specified aims;

Describe in a pre-determined way themes (content), techniques and resources to
be adopted;

Anticipate evaluation methods as well as criteria for activity development;

Also to avoid contradictions and obstacles, it is necessary to take into account
the state of time and space in which these activities will take place.

There have undoubtedly already been activities which, because your plan was not
presented in advance, had a bad outcome simply because there was no information
from the plan available.

This task will give you, future teacher, the opportunity or the dynamics to plan your
school tasks as well as your social ones. It will equally allow you to acquire knowledge
and the habits of the teaching professional profile. It is from this task that you will be
able to learn to coordinate with all those involved in the plan and to pave the way for a
positive outcome.
Directive:
1. Choose three plans of yours: One lesson plan for the primary
school; One plan for community work; One plan for a
common program at your DNS.

2. For each of the plans decide upon who shall know the plan
before getting into action, and write it into a short
presentation.

3. Present your findings to a small group of fellow-students and
ask for their opinion.

4. Improve your presentation and send it to your teacher for
comments.
