The task is to get an understanding of the basics of a healthy diet and how related it is for a healthy body and soul.

Introduction:
Nutrition and health is very connected. You are what you eat. You need a basic<br /> understanding of what is good for your body to make a healthy diet. You will learn<br /> about the macronutrients which are the nutrients you need more of, the<br /> micronutrients that you need in smaller amounts but are still essential, and water.<br /> <br /> It is very much about the amounts of the different nutrients, which indicate if you<br /> have a healthy and balanced diet. The knowledge you get from reading might be<br /> new for you, and will properly challenge your eating habits.

1. Read the file.<br /> <br /> 2. Prepare a presentation about a healthy diet that you want to present to a family<br /> in the community, a group of DI’s, or at a Morning Assembly in your DRH.<br /> <br /> 3. Hold your presentation and send the digital version to your tutor.
